The Delaware Career and Technical Education (CTE) Annual Report includes secondary and postsecondary CTE program enrollment statistics and student performance levels. The Delaware CTE Annual Report is designed to:
- Provide Consistent Language – Aligns messaging across schools, programs, and partners for clarity and cohesion.
- Improve Transparency – Builds trust through open access to progress, outcomes, and opportunities for growth.
- Strengthen Accountability – Ensures we remain responsible to students, educators, families, and communities.
- Serve as a Strategic Planning Tool – Guides future initiatives and resource allocations by highlighting the strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide Unified Talking Points – Empowers Department of Education and partners with shared, accurate, messaging to communicate the impact of Career and Technical Education.
- Support Data Informed Decision Making – Drives continuous improvement through insights grounded in real student and program data.
- Track Progress and Growth – Monitors year-after-year outcomes to celebrate and identify areas for development.
