Animal Science & Management
The program prepares students for a variety of careers in: agribusiness, agriscience education, animal genetics, animal nutrition, animal reproduction, extension educator, marine biology, wildlife biology, veterinary medicine, zoology, animal researcher, animal processor, production manager, artificial insemination technician, animal breeder, veterinary assistant/technician, wildlife manager, zoo animal specialist, animal rescue/animal control officer, and agriculture producer.
Plant Science
The Plant Science pathway is designed to provide students with knowledge of plant growth and reproduction, as well as the use of plants for food, fiber, and ornamental purposes.
The program prepares students for a variety of careers in: agronomy, ornamental horticulture, biotechnology, forestry, soil science, and turf management.
Health Sciences
Patient Care Assistant
This multi-skilled Patient Care Assistant Pathway Program will provide students with marketable job skills following completion in areas such as acute care hospitals, sub-acute care facilities, long-term care, outpatient laboratories, cardiac rehabilitation centers, and various other medical providers. The benefits of obtaining Patient Care Assistant Certification include more job opportunities, increased pay scale, and increased access to the program resources in the Allied Health Degree Programs. Students will have the opportunity to meet with degree program specific advisors at several points of their training to ensure a smooth transition from the Patient Care Assistant Pathway Program to one of the Allied Health degree programs upon successful completion of program entry requirements.

Culinary & Hospitality Management
The Culinary & Hospitality Management pathway is a three (3) and six (6) course CTE program that is supported by the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation. ProStart® trains students on industry-specific skills that can be used in all aspects of the restaurant and hospitality industry along with the employability skills like leadership, accountability, teamwork, and responsibility.
The program prepares students for careers such as Executive chef and Sous Chef, Food Service Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Line Cook.

Manufacturing Engineering Technology
The Engineering byDesign (EbD) Manufacturing Engineering Technology pathway is a three (3) course CTE program that engages students in open-ended problem solving where they learn and apply the engineering design process, use industry-standard technology and software, and apply math, science, and engineering standards to hands-on projects.

Marketing Today! (MT) program of study is a three (3) course Career and Technical Education (CTE) program that engages students with the world of marketing services by focusing on how marketing is evolving in the digital age and how companies can be successful by implementing marketing strategies.
Transportation, Distribution & Logistics
Automotive Technology
The Automotive Technology POS is a four or six credit course program of study that provides students with the mathematical, scientific, and mechanical knowledge to understand and perform the maintenance, repair and servicing of automotive vehicles. Students participating in this pre-apprenticeship program will be prepared to enter into a Delaware Department of Labor Automotive Technician Tech C Registered Apprenticeship program. (Students that pass the ASE G-1 Certification Exam will not be required to complete pre-requisite automotive course work.) Students are prepared for a variety of careers including automotive technician, service contract writers, parts technicians, and sales.
